Do you know what "anxiety" is?
I imagine now that Disney is releasing the new version of Inside Out, you know who our new companion is. Well, if you don't know. Roughly speaking, anxiety is a feeling that comes over you before future events. And it can have a negative connotation when we fill our heads with possible catastrophic events associated with that event.
So, can anxiety be our friend?
Believe it or not, dancing and keeping your body moving can also help you deal with this feeling. By being physically active. Your body and mind stay in the present moment, your muscles and especially your brain are supplied with oxygen.
